I believe prayer brings protection and hope, prayer is a like a key to a closed door, when you loose your key , you can’t enter inside your own flat or house. What do you think of when you think of prayer?

Perhaps you were brought up to say a prayer before a meal or before going to sleep. Or perhaps you have never prayed before in your life. I myself have practiced some form of prayer in several different denominations, and I have come to believe that it is as vital and necessary to life as the air you breathe and the food you eat. Everyone can benefit from prayer, in both big and small ways.

There are many learned religious traditions, and with them, many different approaches to prayer. No matter what your tradition or background, I believe that prayer is accessible to every living being and there is no right or wrong way to do it. I suggest that you use a notebook or journal to record whatever thoughts and experiences come up for you on your journey.
